An all-inclusive photo and video experience for elopements.

For couples who want both film and photography captured with intention, this collection brings everything together in one place. You’ll work with us, Simon and Gregg , throughout the entire process. No extra handoffs, no need to coordinate multiple suppliers. Just a shared creative vision, carried from start to finish with care.

We regularly collaborate with other talented creatives and love doing so. However, when we handle both film and photography, there’s a different kind of workflow. The process becomes more intuitive, the energy stays focused, and the story stays cohesive, without ever feeling over-produced.

We work quietly and naturally, blending cinematic visuals with relaxed, documentary-style photography. Our approach gives you the space to be present, to actually feel the day, while we capture the emotion, the rhythm, and the atmosphere that unfolds.

What matters most to us is how the day feels while you're in it. We put experience first because when the experience is right, the result is better too. That’s what makes this collection more than just coverage, it’s a full visual memory of a day well lived.

The Whisky Barrel Box

We don’t believe in throwaway extras.

Every couple who works with us receives a handcrafted keepsake box made from reclaimed Scotch whisky barrels — built in collaboration with Oak & Black, a small workshop just outside Edinburgh. Each box carries its own marks, grain, and history. No two are the same. That’s the point.

The box is hand-delivered on the day.
Inside: a bottle of Glengoyne 12-Year-Old Highland Single Malt — smooth, honest, and unpretentious, with notes of apple and vanilla. Something to open when the day finally slows down.

Your film and photographs arrive later, once your story has been properly shaped. Not rushed. Not automated. Finished when it’s ready.

This isn’t décor.
It’s not meant to sit untouched on a shelf.

It’s meant to be returned to.
On anniversaries. On quiet nights. On the days you need reminding.

Pour a dram.
Press play.
Remember what it felt like to be there.

Because today’s rain is tomorrow’s whisky —
and some things are worth letting age.

FAQ

  • Because we work as one creative team, everything feels more natural and less staged. The style is consistent, the timeline flows more smoothly, and there’s no competition for your attention. You spend less time posing and more time enjoying the day.

  • If you’ve already booked a photographer, we’d recommend sticking with the videography-only option. Our hybrid package is built around us capturing both photo and film as one creative team, so we wouldn’t want to take the place of another photographer who’s already committed to your day. We deeply value the work other creatives do and wouldn’t feel right stepping in after the fact.

  • Absolutely. We’ve spent years refining our hybrid process. We know when to prioritize photos, when to focus on film, and how to switch between them without interrupting anything. You’ll receive a full gallery, just as you would from a dedicated photographer.

  • Our photo edits match the tone of our films — clean, natural, cinematic. Think timeless colours, rich textures, and emotion-led framing. No heavy filters or forced trends.

  • Yes. You can add hours, sessions, edits, albums, or even shift to a film-only or photo-only option if plans change. We’ll help guide you through what works best for your day.

  • You’ll receive your content in stages.

Content from the day filmed specifically for social media — like short clips or iPhone footage — is usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Perfect for sharing a little something while everything’s still fresh.

Your full film takes a bit more time. Typically, it’s delivered around three to four months after your wedding, depending on the season and our editing queue. Your photos will be delivered alongside your film so everything arrives together, fully finished and ready to relive.

We’ll keep you updated throughout, so you’ll never be left wondering where things are.

  • Yes. A full, sharp, actual metal sword. Nothing says romance like arming the one you love. And yes — she loved it.

“My husband and I had such an amazing experience with FTF Throughout the whole process they kept us informed and coordinated perfectly. Everything was captured in such a remarkable way that we can not be more happy with. I saw a review on here stating they were "high quality humans" and we simply could not agree more. Truly one of the best experiences we've had, we could not recommend them enough!”
